Kadena Hosts Chainweb EVM Workshop During ETHVietnam

Kadena, the scalable proof-of-work Layer-1 blockchain, hosted a developer workshop during ETHVietnam in Ho Chi Minh City. The event focused on deploying Solidity smart contracts on Kadena's newly announced Chainweb EVM testnet, which has already attracted over 50 projects.

The workshop catered to both beginners and experienced developers, with hands-on sessions covering wallet setup, local deployment, and testnet integration. Kadena's team emphasized the technical advantages of its braided, parallel-chain architecture for enabling low-fee, scalable EVM compatibility.

Attendees worked directly with Kadena's open-source Scaffold framework, progressing from basic deployments to exploring migration pathways for existing EVM projects. The session concluded with live demonstrations of contracts deployed on the testnet.
